The Challenge
The client had a manually-driven, ordering process for their B2B customers, with a back office team updating and managing the orders through their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This system used a lot of manual labor when monitoring the orders, which affected the business objectives of the client and slowed down the process significantly. Additionally, they needed to maintain a seamless connection with their customers, who often raised requests to provide them with an efficient tool to place and track orders and manage documents without the need to connect with their back-end team.
