How We Helped a US-based Healthcare and Life-Sciences Translation Service Provider to Establish Human Connection through Cultural Intelligence
The Challenge
Initially, the client used a reputable ‘translation management software’ to handle their clients and the workflows. However, the main issue they faced with the software was that they had limited control. For the change implementation, the client faced an extended waiting period.
The client wanted a proper single sign-on option and an in-house solution on their servers.
They needed robust document-sharing software to offer language translation services across culturally diverse user groups.
The Solution
We developed a portal, a client-facing language-translation software solution, for a hassle-free translated document exchange process.
Our portal receives end-user documents, analyzes the language requirements, initiates API calls to third-party translation management software, reviews the solution, and shares it with end users.
We started off with an in-depth analysis of the target platforms. We used SOAP APIs and implemented custom SAML implementation for different identity providers.
After getting confirmation on the POC, we proceeded with the solution design phase and UI mockup approval.
A comprehensive technical solution architecture was documented. The client team being technically sound, was jointly engaged in technicalities.
After the development, we eventually moved to the maintenance and support phase. Here, we managed new client onboardings, new environments, new requirements, patches, 24*7 uptime support, and ad-hoc requests.
Throughout the project, we assisted the client as a true technology partner.
